I'm pretty sure I heard Buck Martinez say this during tonight's Tampa - Boston game, after Willy Aybar hit a shot that was a few inches foul down the left field line:

If that'da had chalk on it, it'da kicked up.

I have given it much thought, but I have no idea what that means. Help me, Ken.
