You have to admire the way
Hugh Hewitt can see the silver lining:
Total at the end of Super Tuesday without a major reversal of fortune for Romney:
McCain 745, Romney 327, and Huck 197.
It takes 1,191 delegates to secure the nomination. There are more than 900 delegates left to fight for after Super Tuesday.
Start looking hard at the numbers and put yourself in the discussions with Team Romney. It isn't pretty, but it is far, far from over.

Hugh Hewitt
makes a convincing defense of John Kyl as a stand-up guy, in spite of being a cosponsor of this year's amnesty bill:
For this effort he deserves thanks. This will evoke many comments denouncing Kyl as a turncoat and a traitor, but the obvious utility of making the best of a bad situation needs to be mentioned here, and more than merely mentioned, praised.

On Hugh Hewitt's
suggestion, we went to see
Shine Like Stars the other night. We enjoyed their (unfortunately only half as long as the sermon) set. I especially liked the bass player, who was way above average. Check 'em out.

Hugh Hewitt:
Twenty years ago today, Ronald Reagan uttered words that shook an empire and inspired a captive people.
Hugh played excerpts of this great speech yesterday and had me in tears in my car. Where is the man that will stand up to Islamic fascism like Reagan stood up to communism?

Hugh Hewitt:
Word is leaking that the GOP in the Senate are on the verge of agreeing to an immigration bill that has --as a concession to the GOP-- less than half of the fencing promised by law last year.

Hugh Hewitt asks Alito and Roberts to right an old wrong (no, not that one):
