Major League Baseball has released the first All-Star Game voting results. One position sticks out like a sore thumb: National League shortstop, where Nomar Garciaparra has a big lead. Nomar has had a great career in Boston, and the votes are a combination of the Small Bears' popularity, voting from American League fans and perhaps the fact that he's married to soccer star Mia Hamm. But Nomar had a sub-par year last year, has been injured since the opening days of this season and was off to a terribly slow start
